Loopr stores your account email, display name, and the subscriptions you track (name, amount, currency, billing cycle, category and notes).
Receipts. When you scan a receipt, the image is uploaded over an encrypted connection and stored in a private bucket only your account can access. The image is sent to our AI provider once to extract the merchant, amount, and billing details, then kept so you can review the original later. It is never made public and never sold.
Payment card data. If a receipt shows the last 4 digits of a card, we store only those 4 digits for display — never a full card number.
Email forwarding. If you use your personal forwarding address, the email and its first attachment are processed the same way as a camera scan.
Deletion. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
